Dark PerFectioN (DPFN) is a clan currently centered around the Xbox 360 game, Halo 3. If you're joining us from our Bungie group, please be aware that whilst major announcements will be posted there, most other community-related banter happens here, on our forums, so it's well worth signing up here, too.
The clan was founded in late 2007 by One PerFectioN, and has grown exponentially since, thanks, in part, to several Bungie Group Spotlights. We now have nearly 450 members, but are always looking for more from any skill level.
For the competitive gamer, you can join our regular Clan Battles, friendly games against other clans, or our more serious GameBattles - official, ranked games by Major League Gaming. All you have to do is show us your stats, and prove you can work in a team-driven environment!
For the tactical gamer, why not join in on our clan practice sessions to build up your game? Or even our Recon team, whose reports on other clans help us prepare for upcoming games - arguably the most important responsibility on the site.
If you're not that into playing, or tactics, you can always just join to make use of the discussion forums, to talk about anything from sport to music, as well as, of course, games across all platforms. We are not just a clan concentrated only on the Halo 3 game, but actually almost any one you can think of; we are always looking to expand!

Truth be told, if you spent any amount of time scrounging around in the dark recesses of our podcast recording studio, you actually might come away with some discarded change, a few carelessly dropped crumbs, and maybe even an unexplained and long dormant disease. (It's a bit of a mess in there.)
We came away with something else after spending some time in there this week. Not a podcast, we'll get those back up and running in due time. But we did flip the four mics on and coax a trio of designers into the comfy confines of our close quarters recording studio, made sure they sidled up nice and close to one another, and then forced them to commentate on some of the levels they designed and the accompanying achievements they concocted, eyes open - A Clockwork Orange style.
We were calling it Mystery Science Theater 2552. Jim called it "Urk telling dick jokes." Don't worry, it'll be bestowed with a more fitting and proper name before it's all said and done."

First and foremost, happy new year to all! Thanks for taking part in the holiday giveaway, and for being so supportive this 2009 year. on The 28th of every month, you get the Chance to sign up for that months tourney Then on the 1st Your games will be played, so if your not online on the 1st Your out for that month and can take part again next month.
Hopefully perfection can put each tourney in an announcement or something.. so the person who wins each month can get some credit, also maybe a section or something so i dont spam up the forums to much.
